This project will contribute to help and extend the PROMESSA capabilities regarding the information available on Project Control. The main goal is to extend Fraunhofer’s Internal Project Management Tool to support project managers when creating proposals by advising which duration and effort would be ideal for each task taking into consideration previous projects.
Outcome:
The main outcome will be an extension to the Project Control features that will enable Project Managers to add more information to the project that will enable the recommendations of Researchers to specific tasks.
