The goal of this project is to explore the application of machine learning based approaches such as reinforcement learning, to a combinatorial optimization problem in the field of nutritional recommendations.
The newly developed approach will be compared to the one previously developed at Fraunhofer.
Outcome:
- A newly developed meal recommender algorithm;
- A comparison between approaches considering efficiency.
