The goal of this project is to explore the design of chatbot interactions and interfaces in the healthcare context. From a user-centred design perspective, this project will explore concerns, expectations and requirements in the interaction with an automated healthcare assistance, and prototype interactions, identifying good practices for designing chatbots.
